Late last year Buddy's BBQ & Burgers
hit the Glasgow scene like a proverbial whirlwind; grabbing the
public's attention, attracting a huge Facebook following (over 7,000 and
counting!) and gained a reputation for the queues - queues that continue - lined up outside this tiny take-away on Skirving Street every night!
Whilst the original take-away is staying put, Buddy's are planning to open a fully-licensed restaurant - seating up to 100 diners - in über-hip Strathbungo on Glasgow’s southside.

Opening this summer - located at the former Kebabish premises at 677-681 Pollokshaws Road - the restaurant promises to conjure up the timeless style of 1950's American roadside diners (think: red leather booths and Wurlitzers playing the rock 'n' roll sounds) and will expand upon Buddy's existing menu of mouth-watering burgers, barbeque classics and home-smoked delights, with authentic Southern soul food and American craft beers thrown in.
